Not only does Liverpool have some of the worst poverty in the country it also has some of the most extensive ongoing development in the country.
I have superimposed areas of people living in the bottom 1% of the entire country over Liverpool Vision's highlighted areas of planned development.
(There are also extensive areas of people living in the bottom 5%, 10% and 20%, however I thought this image had a very stark feel to it)
