Whilst there are some open spaces where people can meander and settle, there is very limited provision of seating. Consequently, the existing free 'public' spaces are under-utilised.
There are some great views to be had from the square, but at the moment it feels desolate; to enjoy it you would need to take your own seat.

Radio City Tower + The Waterfront beyond
