With regards to getting the most out of St George's Hall and the surrounding public buildings here are some images of how it has been used effectively.
Liverpool Vision already has plans in place to lose the road between St George's hall and the Empire, this would give the space in front of St George's and Lime street back to Pedestrians and allow the area to be used more effectively, whilst giving the frontages of the building the space they require to be fully appreciated.
